Lakeside Feed Delivery Agreement

This Delivery Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for delivery of products from Lakeside Feed to ___________________. By placing an order for delivery, ___________________ agrees to the following:

1. Ordering and Scheduling

• To ensure timely delivery, customers are strongly encouraged to place orders by the weekend (Sunday at the latest) for delivery during the following week.
• While Lakeside Feed will make every effort to deliver as soon as possible, same-week delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery depends on product availability, current delivery schedules, and road conditions.
• Delivery dates quoted by Lakeside Feed are estimates and may change due to weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond the company’s control.

2. Delivery Conditions

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that their driveway is cleared, sanded, and/or de-iced before delivery if they want the product placed in their feed room or designated area.
• Lakeside Feed delivery trucks are equipped with road-only tires. Driving on anything other than the road is up to driver discretion.
• If safe access is not possible due to road or driveway conditions, you may opt to have your order left at; ☐ the end of the driveway or ☐ pick up at the store. Please check one.

3. Return Policy

• Store credit can be issued for unopened items, excluding feed.
• Returns on opened feed bags are up to management discretion.
• Limited exchange policy on unopened feed, as we cannot re-sell or guarantee feed that has left our care.
• We reserve the right to deny the return of any product.

4. Payment Terms & Authorization

• Cardholder agrees to keep a valid phone number, email address and credit card on file with Lakeside Feed.

By signing below, Cardholder acknowledges and agrees to all terms in this Delivery Agreement, including the authorization for Lakeside Feed to charge the credit card at the time of order.
